Ladies and Gentlemen,
Excellencies,
Members of the international community,
We meet at a moment of global tension —
economic, geopolitical, environmental, and technological.
Yet tension itself is not the defining feature of our time.
It is merely the pressure created by an outdated system,
one that was built on the assumption of permanent scarcity.
For centuries, humanity organized power around the control of energy:
who owns it, who transports it, who withholds it.
But history teaches us something important:
Every system built on scarcity eventually collapses
when abundance becomes technically accessible.

Over the past decade, scientists, engineers, and researchers across continents have reached a quiet but decisive threshold.
We have learned that the universe is not empty,
not passive,
and not silent.
It is filled with constant, omnipresent energy flux —
particles, interactions, vibrations —
not episodic, not explosive,
but continuous.
Through advances in physics, materials science, and mathematical modeling,
this reality can now be described coherently.
One such description is what we call the Master Formula —
a unifying framework explaining how ambient, invisible energy
can be converted into usable power through resonance and structure.
I will not dwell on equations today.
Because what matters is not the formula itself,
but what it tells us about our future.

And physics does not negotiate.
